The design of outdoor spaces is tempered by the elements and the use of living plants. I provide verbal instruction once a space has been implemented on how best to care for it in the very short and longer term.
It is inevitable that there will be some plant losses. It is especially purposeful after the first winter and summer to review which plants have been lost or are struggling and why. Some elements of the design could be revised if the results or use are not as expected.
The next review period is usually in year three when plants should be thriving and the garden beginning to look its best.
